  1.          SURVEY - THE QUESTIONNAIRE CREATION AND ANALYSIS PROGRAM

  3.          The SURVEY instructions are contained in the file SURVEY.DOC.
  4.     You can send this to your printer by typing "copy survey.doc prn" and
  5.     follow by pressing ENTER, or they can be printed from the Main Menu
  6.     Option, VIEW/PRINT - INSTRUCTIONS PRINT.  These instructions consist
  7.     of 35 pages of text.  Be sure to read them.

  9.          To install the SURVEY files on a hard drive, usually C, place
  10.     the distribution disk in Drive A and type "install" (without quotes")
  11.     at the DOS prompt. Follow with ENTER.  Unless you choose otherwise, the
  12.     files will be placed in a new subdirectory named SRVY.  There will be
  13.     no changes in your existing files.  (If your source files are already
  14.     on the hard drive, possibly downloaded from a bulletin board, select
  15.     this drive letter even if the program files are to go to another
  16.     subdirectoy on the same drive.)

  18.          To install the SURVEY files on a 720K or larger disk in Drive B,
  19.     place the distribution disk in Drive A and type "install".  Follow
  20.     with ENTER.  A 360K disk cannot hold all the files.  (Reverse A and
  21.     B if you are installing from Drive B.)  To start SURVEY, type
  22.     "survey" (without quotes) at the DOS prompt, and follow with ENTER.
